How do I schedule or cancel sessions?

You can just schedule your sessions by clicking on the date and time you need on the experts' calendar through the SME Advice Platform.
You (as a mentee) may cancel 24 hours before the appointment without penalty; after that, a percentage penalty will be applicable.
